Flooding has hit Grangemouth hard this weekend and a flood warning remains in place.
A flood warning was issued for the Falkirk area on Friday morning by SEPA (The Scottish Environment protection agency).They issued a further warning this morning.
Their statement said:"Heavy rain is expected throughout Monday morning before dying out in the afternoon in the Falkirk area. Rivers are high from the heavy rain which fell at the weekend and levels are expected to rise. Localised flooding from small watercourses and surface water is possible."
Over the weekend, fire crews had loads of calls about flooding in central Scotland- these included calls from the Grangemouth area.
The bad weather affected train services too- flooding in Larbert caused particular problems.
The flood warning is in place until further notice.
